Kongress Hotel Davos

While the location is decent, getting a cheap kettle upon request woudl ve been a tad embarrassing at a place like this. Finding out how to open the parking garage was quite the adventure! Expected some form of special treatment but I just couldn't get it. Just disapointing.

The rooms are nice, large and clean. The breakfast buffet was very nice and rich. Although the hotel has no swimming pool or hot tub, it provides free entrance to the Eau La La swimming pool complex (which is right next door and nice).

The internet did not work in the rooms.

I liked: - price, it was some kind of a sale 50% off night - it was really clean, seemed to be new furniture - staff was exceptionally friendly (reception mostly) - breakfast was good also - the view over Davos from the balcony

I didn't like: - location, it's not bad, but it's kind of right in between Davos Dorf and Platz which means you'll have to walk for 15mins to get to the hotel from the train station. - As soon as you've arrived at the hotel the location is good, it's close to everything in Davos - nothing was really negative, I can only recommend to stay there

Stayed at kongress for one night and it was amazing! The location is perfect, close to the ski area. The staff was super friendly, even speaking our language at the front desk. Loved the relaxing treatments, especially the foot reflex zone massage.

The gourmet cuisine left me wanting for nothing, and the small sauna was the perfect place to recharge my batteries.

The room was so noisy, it made me feel like I was sleeping in the middle of a construction site.

The hotel is centrally located, close to the main train stations and with easy access to all facilities in the area. the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for a business traveler. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. There is also a heated pool nearby, which was great for some family downtime. Opposite the hotel, there is a restaurant where you can find food throughout the day, including Sundays. a convenient and pleasant experience.

Felt special, no complaints whatsoever.

The Kongress Hotel in Davos exceeded my expectations in every way. the customer service was excellent, as they upgraded my room to one with a good view at no extra cost. the breakfast and facilities were also great, and the hotel's location made it easy to access shops and public transport.

For the price we paid, we got great value. The room was clean with a beautiful Mountain View. The location was convenient, with a bus stop nearby and a supermarket just across the street. The staff at the hotel and restaurant were friendly and helpful throughout our 8-night stay. Plus, they had a separate room for storing ski equipment.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Kongress Hotel Davos in Davos for a business trip, and I must say that it was a fantastic choice made by my director. The hotel offers a range of amenities that truly enhanced my stay.

Nothing to complain about at all.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as you can take a couple of stops on the bus, and you'll be in the city center or the Davos ski area in no time. the hotel is within walking distance of everything you might need. the rooms are spacious and clean, and some come with a nice view of the mountains from the balcony. the breakfast has a good variety, and you can enjoy a nice set dinner menu.

The staff could be more attentive and friendly, as some visitors reported mixed experiences with the service.

Great views of the mountains and a central location close to the bus stop and local shops. Loved the comfortable beds and the clean rooms, which were a really nice size and had cute balconies. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices to start the day.

The noise levels from passing traffic and surrounding people made it quite difficult to get a good night’s sleep. there was no drinking water provided in the room and no kettle for making tea or coffee, which was a bit disappointing.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel in the heart of the Swiss mountain resort. Close to everything, it is in the center of this city and just a stone's throw away from the bus stop. The rooms were clean and we enjoyed beautiful mountain views. to that, the hotel facilities were great, and we appreciated the separate room for ski equipment storage. The staff was also friendly, making sure we had a comfortable stay.
